“Membership medicine,” is a type of medical care facility or practice that takes payment in the form of fees. These fees can be charged either on a monthly or annual basis. This ultimately limits the number of patients that we see in our practice, giving us more time to focus on each individual patient and providing them with customized healthcare solutions to prevent the development of diseases. Our way of practicing healthcare enables us to build a solid relationship with each of our patients, which is essential in helping them stay healthy.
If you decide to join our membership program, you can expect us to perform investigative tests, a typical, yearly physical examination, and assessments related to the management of stress, diet, physical activity, mental health, and other aspects of your health.
Additionally, we will also conduct follow-up evaluations and provide you with options for direct communication, even on the weekends.
Even if you do not think you will need more attention than an annual exam, concierge medicine will still be helpful to you. Even if you do not currently have any chronic medical conditions, we will be able to create a plan just for you that aims to maintain your current state of health for the long-term. That way, we can stop illness before it develops, helping you lead a healthy life.
If you have ever visited a larger medical office, more than likely, you had to wait awhile before being seen just to have the doctor only spend a few moments with you. That is not what you will experience whenever you visit our medical practice.
Since we are a concierge practice, we only see a certain number of patients, which decreases wait times and allows more time for you to speak with your doctor. This will provide you with a better experience overall, as well as the opportunity for better health outcomes.
We will charge you a monthly fee based on your age, specific needs, and preferences. Please contact us or review the pricing plans on our site to learn more about our particular prices for membership.
Since our approach to medicine concentrates on each component of wellness and allows for us to spend more time with each individual, most patients experience better health outcomes. As a result, they require less visits to specialists, as well as medications. Ultimately, this helps reduce costs and helps our members save money.
After 90 days, you will have the option to cancel your membership with us as long as at least 30 days of notice has been provided. In turn, you will receive a refund for the remaining months of the year.
Yes, we do. Since one of our primary goals is to be able to give each patient more time and attention, we will only accept a certain number of members. Once our threshold has been reached, we create a waitlist.
If you are ready to participate in our practice’s membership, please contact us to begin the process by calling us at (615) 813-2200 or click the “Enroll Now” button on the homepage. That way, you can secure a spot before they are completely filled.
Absolutely! We want those interested in our practice to have all of their questions answered. We can either set up a free consultation or you can go to our contact page, give us a call, or send us an email.
Membership medicine is not a substitute for regular insurance coverage, so you will still need it. However, you will not have to use your insurance quite as much thanks to our healthcare services.
Yes, you are. We are happy to work with patients who have Medicare and bill them directly. Plus, we are fully equipped to help manage many of the complex health issues that senior citizens face and assist in improving their overall health.
If your physician does have to leave town, you will be informed ahead of time via email, and you will be able to reach us even while they are gone. Additionally, if we are unable to assist you, there will always be a doctor on-call to see you should anything happen.
We will be happy to help you no matter your location with our option for a virtual appointment. However, if it is something that necessitates an in-person appointment, we will help you find the closest care provider and schedule a time to see you whenever you come back into town.
If you experience a problem that is not an emergency but does require attention as soon as possible, we are only a phone call away and will be able to assist you.
If you do have an emergency on your hands, you should call 911. Then, we will be in touch with the ER once a relative lets us know what is going on.
In the majority of cases, we will be able to address your specific medical requirements. However, if there is ever a time when you will have to make an appointment with a specialist, we will make sure to refer you to the appropriate one. After you have seen the specialist, we will also make sure to set a follow-up appointment to review anything you would like to go over.
I plan to be able to do this on a case by case basis, if within a 10 mile radius of our office.
If you do have to go to the emergency room or are admitted to the hospital, we will be in touch with your providers there to ensure that they have all of the necessary information to give you the best care possible. You can also count on us to visit you, chat with your relatives, and do anything else we can to make this time as smooth and stress-free as we are able to.
Some of the private fee services we provide may be tax deductible and or reimbursable through your HSA/FSA. We encourage you to talk with your tax advisor and employer about these options.
